Total Life Dynamics, Inc. ("Total Life Dynamics," "we," "us") operates Pali, an iOS application that helps people understand and manage the daily burden of chronic metabolic and autonomic conditions. This Privacy Policy explains what information Pali collects, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. Pali is a general wellness product. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice or diagnosis, and does not replace your healthcare providers or your continuous glucose monitor's (CGM) own alerts.

1. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to provide the service:

We do not collect more health data than is necessary to deliver Pali's features.

2. How we obtain CGM data and your consent

Before any CGM data is connected, you provide explicit, informed consent through an in-app consent screen. Where data is sourced from Dexcom, you authorize the connection directly through Dexcom's own OAuth 2.0 login, where you grant the specific data scopes you approve. We never see your Dexcom username or password. You authorize Dexcom — not us — to release your data, and Dexcom remains the source of record.

3. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal or health information, share it with advertisers, or use it to train third parties' models.

4. How we share information

We share information only in limited circumstances:

5. Data security

We protect your information using administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Health data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authorization tokens for connected services such as Dexcom are stored server-side and encrypted, never embedded in the app on your device. Access to data within Total Life Dynamics is limited to what is necessary to operate the service.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain your information only for as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. You can disconnect a data source or delete your account at any time. When you revoke a connected service's authorization (for example, at Dexcom.com) or close your account, we stop retrieving new data and delete the associated tokens and personal data on the schedule described in our internal Record Retention Policy.

7. Your choices and rights

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below.

8. Age and children's privacy

Pali is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Pali. Pali is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
