Pali™ by Total Life Dynamics
Pali™ connects to glucose only through a Nightscout site you control. It does not connect to Dexcom, Abbott (Libre), Medtronic, or any other CGM manufacturer account.
Nightscout is a datastore, not a connector. A CGM works with Pali only after that CGM is already writing readings into Nightscout, using an uploader or bridge set up for that device. Those paths differ by vendor, and they change. We keep this page here so we can update it without an app release.
If you already have glucose readings in Apple Health, Pali may show that history on the Trends screen when no Nightscout site is connected. That is history only — it does not drive your Home screen or your baseline. Nightscout is how glucose reaches the rest of Pali.
You do not need a CGM to use Pali. Heart signals alone are a fully supported path — same states, same baseline. You can add glucose later from Settings → Connections.
In Pali, go to Settings → Connections (or Add a glucose source during onboarding) and enter:
If you do not already have a Nightscout site, hosted options include Nightscout Pro and T1Pal. Pali is not affiliated with either service; they are two ways to get a site, and other providers exist.
The list below is orientation, not a setup guide and not a compatibility guarantee. For current uploader and bridge options, use Nightscout’s own documentation. Some community tools are third-party DIY software; Pali does not bundle, certify, or support them.
Medtronic data reaches Nightscout through a separate uploader app that reads your CareLink account and writes to your Nightscout site.
You will need a CareLink account and your Nightscout site URL and API secret. Check the uploader’s own documentation for which pumps and sensors it currently supports.
Pali™ is not affiliated with Guardian Monitor or xDrip+.
