Common questions

Connecting glucose data. Pali connects to glucose data only through your own Nightscout site. In Pali, go to Settings → Connections and enter your Nightscout URL and access token if your site requires one.
Connecting Apple Health. Pali reads heart rate variability and related metrics from Apple Health with your permission. You can review or change this at any time in the Health app or iOS Settings.
Disconnecting. You can disconnect Nightscout or revoke Health access at any time. See our Privacy Policy for what this removes.
Deleting your account. Email us at the address above and we will close your account and delete associated cloud records.

Medical emergencies

Pali does not detect, monitor, or respond to medical emergencies. If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number (such as 911) or seek immediate medical attention.
